![]() Many folks in multiplayer refuse to do races with cautions on, because that raises all sorts of opportunities for the game to fuck up. In single player, the AI simply can't handle green flag pit stops on certain tracks and bring out a caution almost every time as they all suddenly decide to dive on pit road 5 wide. Or you lose all mic communication in multiplayer. Or the wheels.Īt various points, the sound cuts out partially or completely. Hell, on a couple occasions in this and previous games the whole body of the car fails to load. On multiplayer, sometimes paint schemes don't fully load on the first go round. Speaking of paint schemes, sometimes the game does this wonky thing where it forgets how you had manufacturer logos, contingencies etc set in the layers, and you have to go back and fix it for every custom car. Season progress, setups, and I've heard in some cases paint schemes as well. Every one of these comes with the risk of losing all your saved data. Random freezes on loading screens that force you to quit out of the game or perform a hard shutdown.
